Tax Senior Manager (Technology) - Hybrid

We are seeking a Tax Senior Manager (Technology) based out of our San Francisco, CA office. Someone with industry knowledge within the Technology / Startup and Emerging Growth sector is a big plus. You are expected to be in the office 3x / week.

What You'll Do :

This well seasoned individual will work alongside an integrated team of seasoned, well-known CPAs and industry leaders. In this position, you will take a lead role on all aspects of tax engagements, supervise / mentor staff, and build / maintain relationships with clients.

You should know some of the following :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution

CPA, JD, LLM or MST required

Minimum of 8+ years of professional services experience required

Extensive experience with C-Corp Form 1120 tax filing entities and ASC 740 tax provisions

Industry knowledge within the Technology / Startup and Emerging Growth sector a plus

Demonstrated strategic leadership. Defining market opportunities, creating a strategic plan, process and deployment capabilities

Strong verbal communication. Demonstrate clear verbal communication

Strong writing skills. Demonstrate clear written professional communication
