What Youll Do :

  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
  • Present and explain insurance products and coverage options that best fit each customers unique situation.
  • Build strong relationships by providing personalized service and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to agency growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities to ensure smooth transactions.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
  • A motivated self-starter who is goal-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important!
