A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to verify account information and assist with invoice requests and EZ Pay enrollment Address customer issues related to account questions and incorrect addresses Maintain accurate call notes and follow up as needed while working from assigned daily call batches Required Qualifications : Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Ability to make 20 calls per hour based on hours worked Self-motivated and able to work independently
