DDS / DMD Degree : Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Illinois. Essential Duties Performance : Demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
