Job Description

The Hatch Group, Inc is growing and in need of a Class A Lowbed Driver to join our team! This role will be responsible for moving heavy equipment on a lowbed during a daytime shift. Equipment to be moved ranges from asphalt and reclamation such as cold planers, pulverizers, and pavers to front end loaders and more! On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be at least 21 years old (Various state moves)
Valid driver's license with current Class A is required.
Valid MA DOT physical card
Hoisting License required
Previous experience doing lowbed moves required
Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and sit for long durations.
OSHA10 Needed
Pre-Employment Drug Test and Physical Required.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

This is an outdoor, physically demanding job working in heavy equipment areas with varying seasonal weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, wind, rain, dirt, dust, etc.)

COMPENSATION

This is an hourly position with some Prevailing Wage hours available.
