COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PED)

Base Salary : $225K + bonus

Bonus : $10K-$15K annually

Sign-On Bonus : $10K-$20K negotiable

Relocation : $5K-$15K negotiable per needs

Vacation : 22.5 days - vacation, sick, CME + holidays 8-10

CME : $2,500

Full Benefits package : Starting first day

Retirement : Starting first day (3% match with contribution 100% vested day 1)

Malpractice : Paid

PPD : 25-30

Clinic : 8 : 00-4 : 30

Schedule : 4.5-day work week with .5 day for admin.

Call : 5 days of call per month (T / TH) on your call week. Hospital 10 minutes from clinic.

No attendance for deliveries

Credentialing : 60-90 days
