Job descriptionProven experience with forklifts, yard trucks, and shipping containers. Familiarity with handling precarious product during loading / unloading. Forklift certification (required); CDL (preferred). Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong work ethic and proactive problem-solving skills. Garden City & Causton Bluff, GA | Full-Time | $20+ / hr | 6AM-2PM (flexible).
Coastline Port Services is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse & Yard Operator to help maintain daily operations across our two bonded warehouse facilities. This position is ideal for a skilled individual with a background in equipment handling, yard operations, and handing of shipping containers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate forklifts to manage cargo flow between shipping containers and warehouse.
- Conduct weekly equipment and safety inspections.
- Support and train team members on equipment use and safety standards.
- Travel between Garden City and Causton Bluff locations as needed.
