Pay Rate : Starting at $45 / hour

Description :

Birch Agency is currently hiring passionate and qualified Special Education Teachers for the 20252026 school year near Flint, Michigan . Positions are available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels

We are seeking educators who are committed to empowering students with Cognitive Impairments (CI) and supporting their academic and personal growth in both inclusive and specialized settings.

Position Details :

Full-time and part-time opportunities

Caseloads tailored to grade level and experience

Collaborate with general education staff and support teams

Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Support students academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements :

Valid Michigan Educator License

Active Cognitive Impairment (CI) Endorsement

Experience with IEP development and special education best practices

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive starting rate : $45 / hour
