Pay Rates as Follows :

Leads : $16-19 / hr.
Assistants : $15-16 / hr.
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications :

Leads - minimum 6 months prior experience is a licensed facility

Assistants - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting (preferred)

Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members

Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
