Shift : 2nd Shift; 3.00PM - 11 : 30PM

Payrate : $35.00 - 37.00 / hr.

Job Description :

• Perform and document daily preventive and corrective work orders assigned under supervision complying with applicable procedures.
• Dismantle equipment, remove, and replace defective parts.
• Make changes in production equipment, facilities, utilities or any other equipment used in the production areas that help improve the performance of production processes.
• Fabricate or modify machine parts using machine shop equipment if required.
• Read, interpret and use drawings, electrical and control circuit diagrams, equipment, and schematic manuals as reference when performing mechanical and electrical work.
• Observe the indicators of control parameters in panels and devices in operation.
• Identify problems and causes, and make corrections / repairs if necessary.
• Provide technical advice or train co-workers in the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment of high technological level and other aspects necessary to perform the job.
• Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
• Maintain tools, work area, and other equipment in good working conditions complying with GMP and safety regulations.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows) Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
• Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and / or the site
• Comply with client's Policies, with the Plant Procedures, and with the regulations and requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) of the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
• Provide assistance to operations in accordance with environmental management, occupational health and safety EHS systems and promote continuous improvement.
• Comply with all EHS procedures and policies including incident reporting, use of PPE, waste management and disposal, and any other program applicable according to the position duties.
