As a Caffe Macs O&M Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of our Caffe Macs Services Team, supervising a team of technicians' staff, and ensuring repair and / or preventative maintenance tickets are addressed. Be a go-to person when the team needs support.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment, with a focus on making buildings outstanding workplaces.
• Experience with some level of personnel management as this role will interact with team members where there is a higher level of tactical approval.
• Vocational school or prior experience of O&M in a high-volume kitchen environment.
