Our growing firm is looking for a Full-Time Family Law Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. We are not your typical law firm — we take pride in providing exceptional client care without drama, office politics, or burnout culture.

• What You’ll Do

You will manage your own caseload while working closely with our legal team to deliver high-quality representation to our clients. Responsibilities include :

• Handling family law matters from start to finish (divorce, custody, child support, modifications, etc.)
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
• Communicating regularly and effectively with clients
• Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure deadlines are met
• Contributing to the firm’s positive, professional culture
• Who You Are
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
• 3–5 years of experience practicing family law
• Confident in the courtroom and comfortable managing your own cases
• Compassionate, client-focused, and an excellent communicator
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ethical practice
