Overview : We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Program Manager to manage two new high-impact programs for our Fortune 50 Telecommunication client, based in either St. Louis, Denver, or Charlotte. This role is essential due to the influx of new projects and capacity-driven needs and will be a crucial part of building these programs from the ground up, being directly involved in budget and timeline planning, creating roadmaps and program plans, and collaborating with high-level leadership to ensure program strategy aligns with current and future state business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage large-scale IT programs with multiple interrelated projects.
• Align projects with broader organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Establish governance controls and monitor adherence.
• Plan and implement project schedules; monitor program progress from inception through delivery.
• Define and report on program roadmaps, statuses, development issues, and success metrics.
• Identify and proactively manage risks across all projects.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects, ensuring efficient utilization.
• Identify opportunities for improving cost, performance, and scheduling.
• Build and manage budgets effectively.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams.
• Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain an awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal practices impacting projects
