Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join a growing consulting and data operations team. This individual will play a key role in supporting project execution, data integrity, and reporting accuracy across multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality assurance, healthcare operations, or benefit management, and will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate team calendars and project schedules to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Prepare, review, and maintain client documentation, spreadsheets, and CRM records to support accurate data tracking.
- Support new client onboarding by gathering required data, verifying documentation, and managing system entries.
- Track and report on project milestones , ensuring internal systems are updated with current status and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary support contact for consultants, providing timely responses and escalating issues when necessary.
- Partner with finance and analytics teams to assist with billing processes, data validation, and governance activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Education & Experience Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required, or certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred.13 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare administration, benefit management, or a related analytical support function.Experience working with data reporting systems, CRMs, or project tracking tools is highly desirable.Work Environment & Physical Demands
Hours : 32 hours / week flexible schedule (e.g., one full day off or two half-days off).Primarily desk-based role requiring frequent computer and phone use (up to 95% of the time).No travel required.
