Job Responsibilities

• Craft Custom Therapy Plans : Assess patients' needs to create tailored intervention strategies that help them accomplish their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply proven therapeutic practices to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily activity performance
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams : Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families : Teach patients and their caregivers about effective therapy methods to promote ongoing improvements at home
• Track Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients remain on track
