Description

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that the establishment meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set restaurant goals and develops a plan to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers who each hold specific responsibilities in the restaurant.
• Set goals for Department Managers, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve each department.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable team for the future.
