The role involves efficiently managing AP / AR processes, supporting monthly closings, and assisting the Controller in financial duties. Accurate processing and reconciliation of AP / AR transactions. Assisting with monthly and annual financial close processes. Providing timely and reliable financial information to the Controller. Proven experience in AP / AR functions, specifically using QuickBooks. Highly detail-oriented and organized. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
