On Enterprise & Mission Critical Partnership Lead

Nokia's NI ON Enterprise & Mission Critical team is looking for the ON Enterprise & Mission Critical Partnership Lead, where you will drive significant growth by establishing new strategic business relationships, partnerships, and alliances. In this pivotal role, you will manage business development efforts to broaden the reach of our Optical Networks products and solutions, develop and execute associated strategies in close collaboration with BD, Sales, and BCs teams, and ensure the achievement of annual growth targets. Developing Optical Scale : Establishing new strategic business relationships, including partnerships and alliances.

Managing efforts around business development to position Optical Networks products & solutions to a much broader audience by enhancing channels.

Strategy : Developing & executing the associated strategy working closely with BD, Sales & BCs team.

Ensuring achievement of annual growth targets and overall business success related to these partnerships.

Supporting commercial strategy guidelines & execution.

These activities will require regular interface with various organizations within ON & NI, including but not limiting, Business Division, PLMs, BCs, Finance, Strategy, Marketing, etc.

You have :

Bachelor or Master degree in engineering. MBA desirable.

Business development experience (10+ years) in Enterprise esp on Optical product & solutions.

Understanding of Enterprise requirements, network architecture & related solutions.

Polished, refined, confident and charismatic interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting to C level internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently & lead cross functional teams.

Self-motivated and results-focused.

It would be nice if you also had :

Knowledge of other technologies portfolio so to be able to look across NI & Nokia for synergies.

Recognition as an external thought leader within a strategic function or organizational unit.
