We are looking to add a FULL TIME person to our office team.

Location is in Downtown LA. Normal business hours only. M-F 9am to 5 pm

Requirements and Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of PC & Excel.
• Update and maintain current inventory onto the computer system.
• Generating reports of items that need promotions and items that need replenishment.
• Processing online orders daily & responding to customer service inquires by email and phone.
• Data entry, inputting product descriptions and uploading / updating images & posting inventory to website.
• Work in-store with other associates & customers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude & Team player.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
