We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Marketing Content Manager to help amplify our brand and drive strategic communication with target audiences.
Position Overview
As the Marketing Content Manager, you will be a versatile and proactive content strategist responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing compelling content across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in supporting all facets of marketing, from content creation and campaign execution to cross-functional coordination with sales and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This position is essential to ensuring consistent messaging across verticals while driving engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and manage content for various channels, including the website, email campaigns, brochures, social media, and trade show materials.
- Tailor content to resonate with professionals in the medical, dental, and clinical markets.
- Develop sales enablement tools and thought leadership materials, such as whitepapers, case studies, and product education pieces.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and marketing department to prioritize and direct incoming marketing requests.
- Ensure that sales collateral aligns with brand messaging and market objectives.
- Support and manage KOL initiatives, including content collaboration and campaign execution.
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other industry events.
- Uphold and evolve the brand voice and tone across all marketing communications.
- Maintain message consistency across product lines and audience segments.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, and recommend adjustments based on insights and analytics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor content, and marketing best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a content or marketing role, ideally within the healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.Proven ability to write and edit technical content for professional audiences.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Experience coordinating events or trade shows is a plus.Ideal Candidate Traits
