We are looking for a highly motivatedandpassionateindividual tojoinourAutopilot Fleet Team. As Fleet Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuringthatallour vehicles are inaexcellent conditionat all times, supporting smooth24 / 7 vehicle operations.

Your responsibilities will include vehicle preparation, vehicle inspections, effective lot management, and active collaboration with multiple teams.Success in this role requires an energetic and efficient approach to problem-solving, ownership of responsibilities, and a proactive attitude. We are seeking a candidate with positive energy, strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic, and a passion for Tesla's mission of sustainable energy.

What You'll Do

• Perform and document vehicle inspections, escalate identified issues to supervisors,technicians and engineers
• Clean vehicles in compliance with set standards (car wash and minor detailing)
• Manage vehicles and inventory across multiple locations; safely move and charge vehicles
• Coordinate with both internal and third-partylogistics providers
• Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality
• Performadditional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business operations
• Perform vehicle inspection and minor maintenance (experience preferred)
