Per Diem - LVN / LPN - Long Term Care (Nights) Lake Orion, MI

Job Description

Supervises and performs direct and indirect resident care as specified by individual resident care plans and physician orders according to federal, state and facility rules, regulations and policies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

Education : Associate's degree from an accredited university

Experience : Previous geriatric experience preferred

Licensure : Current RN / LPN licensure from the State of Michigan

Skills : Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Must demonstrate computer literacy including use of computer programs and applications. Must be CPR trained and possess a current BLS certification.

Submission Requirements

• 1+ year of exp - Required
• BLS can be of any kind.
• SNF exp - preferred
• Please state the # of shifts / week or month that a candidate is willing to commit to on the front page of the packet where it is visible
