We are seeking a Tech Enablement Specialist to help build, optimize, and maintain the tools and automations that power our agency’s operations, client services, and marketing efforts.

In this role, you will serve as a critical link between teams, ensuring our systems work together efficiently and effectively. From streamlining workflows and integrating software platforms to troubleshooting issues, you’ll play a hands-on role in reducing friction and enabling our team members to do their best work.

Responsibilities

Automation & Tooling

• Support the creation and maintenance of automations and workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and Google Apps Script.
• Assist in building lightweight internal tools or dashboards to increase visibility and improve team efficiency.
• Help connect SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace) through APIs to enable seamless data flow.

System Optimization

Collaboration

Maintenance & Support

Ensure all integrations are secure, compliant, and up to date.

Requirements

Familiarity with basic scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Script.
