The Business Intelligence & Analytics analyst will support the BI&A team in providing critical insights to Goodwin's leadership and operational teams, driving actions that contribute to the firm's bottom line.

Under the guidance of team leads, the analyst will partner cross-functionally with the finance organization, including FP&A, Pricing, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will be adept at both data modeling and data visualization, and willing to develop deeper expertise in one of the two disciplines.

What You Will Do :

• Transform disparate data sources into scalable data products and visualizations that effectively communicate business insights
• Evaluate and enhance operational processes and data workflows for scale, simplicity and reliability
• Ensure highest standard of data integrity and quality through the development of robust and automated quality control processes
