Self-ScheduledShift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM)FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)Commitment : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks;2 Holidays (1 Summer and 1 Winter).RNs will receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and have opportunities for Charge RN cross-training.Why Join Our Internal Float Pool?
If you seek a night shift role that provides variety, challenge, and growth within a single hospital, our Internal Float Pool is the perfect fit. You will rotate among ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, enhancing your clinical skills with every shift.
Your Responsibilities :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Quickly adapt to diverse workflows while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.What We Expect :
Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).Flexibility : Availability to work 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 Weekend every 6 weeks.Training & Skills :
RNs will be trained in :ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
NIHSS (Stroke Scale).IV Ultrasound.Cross-training for Charge Nurse roles to develop leadership capabilities.Your Benefits :

Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Degrees :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
Required Functional Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Ability to provide holistic patient care and focus on the patient-family perspective.Proficient in recognizing situational changes requiring prompt interventions.Skilled in using electronic medical records and communication systems.Outstanding communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with patients and team members.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Team members are expected to fulfill annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
