Job Brief :

Bleakley Financial Group is seeking an IT Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our technology platform. This role combines hands-on user support with responsibility for onboarding, infrastructure oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll interface with end users, third-party partners (MSP and SOC), and the broader Bleakley team to resolve issues, enhance user experience, and proactively strengthen our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities :

User Support & Onboarding

  • Lead new hire onboarding, including hardware setup, software provisioning, and access configuration.
  • Serve as a go-to support resource for Level I and II user issues (remote and on-site).
  • Develop and maintain user-facing documentation, including onboarding checklists, troubleshooting guides, and cybersecurity awareness tools.

IT Infrastructure Support

  • Support key tools and systems such as Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Okta, Duo, Zoom, and SentinelOne.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, VOIP devices, and peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory and coordinate with our MSP on ticket resolution and escalations.
  • Assist with periodic access reviews, patching efforts, and compliance audit support.
  • Project Execution & Team Integration

  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives such as system upgrades, process improvements, and platform integrations.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in operations, compliance, and finance to align IT with business needs.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive internal recommendations.
  • Conduct due diligence and security assessments for new vendors and software tools.
  • Qualifications : Required

  • 1–2 years in a technical support, help desk, or IT operations role.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, and basic Azure / Entra exposure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills — ability to support users of all technical backgrounds with professionalism and clarity.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills; comfortable owning tasks from start to finish.
  • Preferred

  • Familiarity with RMM tools and ticketing systems; bonus for helping implement one.
  • Experience with Okta, Zoom, Egnyte, or mobile device management via Intune.
  • Familiarity with security tools such as SentinelOne, Duo, or phishing simulation platforms like KnowBe4.
  • Experience supporting identity management, device compliance, or conditional access in Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Certifications such as : CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), Microsoft SC-900, MS-900
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
