Outpatient Clinic

Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management :

• Seeking coverage ASAP
• Schedule : Tuesday Thursday (outpatient clinic)
• Hours : 8a-5p
• Procedures : Pain medicine interventions including injections and neuromodulation
• Must have BLS and ACLS CPR certs.
• Must be certified
• Must have 2 years of experience in Pain Management
• EMR : EPIC
