Quality Engineer

Specializing in Data Center Interconnect (DCI), High-Performance Computing (HPC), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, this company is shaping the future of digital communication. They are currently seeking a Quality Engineer  to join their quality team and ensure top-tier product integrity in a fast-paced, innovation-driven production environment. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Engineer position include :

• 3+ years of quality control or related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and root cause / corrective action methodologies
• Mandarin-speaking preferred
• Must be willing to attend a 2-month training in China
• Perform inspection and analysis of returned products for root-cause and improvement
• Inspect in-process materials and completed assemblies for compliance with standards
• Assist with Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), documentation, and trending analysis
• Follow cGMP and ISO quality standards in all inspections and refurbishing tasks
• Maintain a clean and compliant inspection area and support product testing / disassembly

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
