Join our client's dynamic team as the Director of Government Programs / Sales, where your expertise will drive significant growth in an exciting sales and marketing role. You'll be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing customer relationships, creating customized solutions, and streamlining processes across all divisions. Responsibilities :
Collaborate directly with customers and potential clients to define needs and create solutions that enhance sales and project throughput.
Deliver top-notch customer service with effective communication, actively listening and addressing questions on product features and pricing.
Source products, quote prices, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.
Develop and maintain thriving relationships with new and existing clientele, increasing sales of aviation products and services.
Apply knowledge of government program management to assist with capture and return to service initiatives.
Lead marketing and sales strategies by tracking sales metrics and developing promotional materials.
Demonstrate expertise in government quoting, proposal writing, and navigating governmental sites such as SAM.
Perform additional duties as required to support organizational objectives.
Requirements :
High School diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of specialized sales experience within special missions.
At least 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
Strong computer skills in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Proposal Writing.
Proficient understanding of government capture cycles and navigating government sites.
Ability to work independently with high levels of organization and attention to detail.
