Travel OT Inpatient Rehab

As a Travel Occupational Therapist in our Inpatient Rehab department, your responsibilities will include :

• Assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs to enhance vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, promoting independence in individuals with disabilities or developmental delays.
• Building rapport and fostering cooperation among patients, their families / support groups, and healthcare providers through comprehensive patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and clear communication.
• Ensuring adherence to all local / state / federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to safeguard patient privacy and safety while delivering exceptional care.
• Providing clinical supervision for assistants and aides, and serving as a clinical instructor for assigned students.
