Key Responsibilities :

Deliver Exceptional Hygiene Care : Perform thorough cleanings, periodontal therapy, sealants, and fluoride treatments using the latest dental technologies and best practices.

Patient Education : Communicate effectively with patients about oral health, preventive care, and treatment options, ensuring they feel informed and supported.

Team Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide a seamless, reassuring experience for every patient.

Maintain Clinical Excellence : Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards while keeping detailed, accurate patient records.

Foster Patient Relationships : Create an inviting environment that puts patients at ease, encouraging them to return regularly and take an active role in their dental health.

Requirements :

Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia

Expertise in dental hygiene procedures, periodontal therapy, and preventive care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient education and rapport-building

A collaborative, proactive attitude that thrives in a team-oriented environment

Previous dental office experience is a plus, though motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply

Schedule : Full Time, Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM

Benefits & Compensation :

Competitive hourly pay : $45–$55 based on experience

Full Time - Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm
