Sr. Financial Analyst

Huntsman's Polyurethanes Division is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst supporting our facility in The Woodlands, TX or in San Jose, Costa Rica . This position will report to the Senior Global Performance Manager .

Job Scope

This individual will be a key member of Polyurethanes Global Finance team working closely with all regions and functions at our Global HQ in The Woodlands, TX or in San Jose, Costa Rica. The role will provide in-depth financial planning and analysis of the global performance of the Polyurethanes division

In summary, as the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will :

• Support PU global forecasting and budgeting process for Income Statement and Cash Flow
• Work with regional finance teams and global reporting team to perform planning and analysis on the income statement and cash flow results / targets from a business delivery perspective
• Coordinate with all regions and functions to ensure timely submission of analysis and reporting information required
• Provide insightful and creative analysis and presentation material on the performance of Global Polyurethanes division for PU management team on regular basis including profitability, costing, operation, capex, cash flow and other KPI etc
• Leverage multiple reporting systems and databases (Excel, Power BI, IBM PA etc) to deliver timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis
• Support Huntsman earnings call by providing key analysis and presentation materials on ad hoc and inter-quarter inquiries
• Analyze publicly available competitive performance and benchmark vs Huntsman Polyurethanes
• Ad-hoc financial analysis, business and CAPEX projects and modeling support related to the PU division's strategy

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States if located in the United States

The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the Costa Rica if located in Costa Rica.

Salary expectation should be indicated in local country currency
