Pharmacy Customer Support Coordinator

A closed door pharmacy is looking to hire a Pharmacy Customer Support Coordinator to join the team. This individual would be performing patient outreach to conduct patient enrollment, benefits coordination, financial assistance and insurance verification. This role is heavily focused on customer support with patients, providers, and insurance customers. This role is fully onsite Monday through Friday with 1 Saturday shift a month. • Medical or Pharmacy industry knowledge
