On-Call : Cardiac call required (minimum 6 per month)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,250 - $2,310

CVOR RN Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of direct CVOR nursing experience, including scrub experience

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact state licenses accepted)

BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission

NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start)

Two professional references from CVOR managers, ANMs, supervisors, or directors (within past 12 months)

Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs

Comfortable participating in training and teaching students and new staff

All requested time off must be included at submission

CVOR RN Responsibilities

Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties in the Cardiovascular Operating Room

Respond to cardiac call and provide expert care for cardiac surgical cases

Assist with procedures including CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, TEVAR, and more

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a teaching hospital setting

Float to other operating room cases as needed

Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety

Utilize EPIC for clinical charting and documentation

Support onboarding and training of students and new staff members
