About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Talent Acceleration to lead the design and implementation of a global talent strategy that is at the forefront of the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting a future-ready talent flywheel that is in line with the company's ambitious growth plans. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in shaping global talent engines, particularly in high-growth, complex organizations.
