Job description
A company is looking for a Bilingual ABA Intake Specialist to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to client communications, including intake and onboarding of new patients
Schedule intake appointments and initial assessments while managing referrals and cancellations
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate client records
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of medical office experience
Fluency in Spanish and English
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Familiarity with Microsoft products
