Scrum Master

This role requires the following experience :

• Certified Scrum Master (highly preferred)
• Ability to manage delivery and agile / scrum activities for at least two (2) small / medium pod
• Experience in Agile project management tools such as JIRA & Confluence
• Experience leading projects with an onshore / offshore team model
• Demonstrated ability to resolve team conflicts, remove roadblocks and communicate appropriately to ensure a team's success
• Experience managing large projects with multiple work streams in various stages of development
• Knowledge of SDLC and demonstrated experience employing SDLC in aspects of the project management process
