LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF GEORGIA

1. Credentialed as a registered or certified Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) through the National Board for Respiratory Care.

2. Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with credentials as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) from Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners (CPAP Department Only)
