Senior Civil Designer

Job Description

As a Senior Civil Designer, no two days feel the same, and that's the best part. One morning, you're designing the waterworks for a brand-new residential neighborhood, the next you're fine-tuning storm drainage profiles for a commercial site. You'll be in the Civil 3D zone most of the day, turning ideas into detailed, buildable plans, then bouncing ideas off project managers or swapping insights with teammates who've been doing this for decades (and still love it). It's collaborative, never boring, and you'll leave each day knowing your work is shaping the communities around you.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Fishers, IN.
