Join Our Team as the Non-CDL Driver and Warehouse – North Chesterfield, VA

We are hiring for a Non-CDL Driver and Warehouse position in North Chesterfield, VA . This role involves driving a non-CDL box truck with an automatic transmission and performing warehouse duties. Shifts are Monday through Friday, from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm, with overtime as needed. Join us for competitive pay, great benefits, and room to advance.

COMPENSATION

  • Pay rate : $19.00 / hour - $20.00 / hour
  • Overtime pay applies after 40 hours

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Skills : Delivering doors, windows, shingles, siding, etc.
  • Lifting Requirements : Up to 100 lbs. regularly
  • Transmission : Automatic
  • Number of Stops : Multiple daily stops
  • Loading and unloading trucks using hand carts or by hand
  • Assist in warehouse operations, including pulling customer orders and stocking
  • Drive safely and follow all DOT regulations
  • Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license

    • SCHEDULE

  • Hourly commitment : 40 hours / week
  • Shifts : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm
  • Overtime : 2-5 hours per week when needed

    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Requires 1 year of delivery experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • DOT medical card or willingness to obtain one
  • Background check : No recent felonies or disqualifying misdemeanors; clean driving record
