Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes or in assisted living settings. You will help promote comfort, independence, and safety while ensuring the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with Daily Activities : Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist with meals and hydration as needed.

Observe and Report : Monitor clients’ physical, emotional, and behavioral changes and promptly report any concerns to the nursing staff. Accurately document care provided and observations.

Mobility Support : Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort.

Personal Care : Provide respectful and sensitive personal care while maintaining clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence.

Emotional Support : Offer companionship and emotional reassurance. Engage clients in conversation and activities that promote well-being.

Team Collaboration : Work cooperatively with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Compliance : Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations, including confidentiality and infection control protocols.

Qualifications :

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from an accredited program

CPR certification (required or ability to obtain)

TB test (required or in process)

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused

Physical ability to safely lift, move, and assist clients

Ability to follow directions and maintain accurate records

Pay : $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected Hours : 15–20 hours per week

Supplemental Schedule : Holidays, on-call opportunities

Supplemental Pay : Attendance bonus, performance bonuses
