Project Manager Commercial Construction

A reputable, privately held commercial general contractor in the Stillwater area is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team. This firm focuses on ground-up commercial projects up to $20M, delivering high-quality work with a strong local presence and long-standing client relationships.

Position Overview : The ideal candidate will lead multiple ground-up projects, coordinate directly with ownership, and help support the company’s continued growth. This role offers significant autonomy, low bureaucracy, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a smaller, well-run organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage ground-up commercial projects from planning through completion

Oversee subcontractors, schedules, change orders, budgeting, and documentation

Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Work collaboratively with the leadership team and support light business development efforts

Contribute to strategic planning and long-term company direction

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a PM or Sr. PM in ground-up commercial construction

Capable of running projects in the small to mid-size range (up to ~$20M)

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities

Comfort working in a smaller, fast-moving company environment

Interest in client relations, business development, and long-term growth
