What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location, especially as it pertains to financial institution operations. Assist visitors, employees, and / or contractors by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence. Maintain accurate records and logs of activities, incidents, and / or any security-related occurrences during assigned shifts. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as required during incidents and / or emergencies. Minimum Requirements : A Guard Card or license is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
