We are seeking an analytical, consultative compensation professional to join our team. This person will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and supporting compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the development and implementation of competitive compensation strategies tailored to Dimensional’s organizational needs.

Conduct market benchmarking, analyze compensation surveys, and provide data-driven insights to inform pay structures, incentive plans, and thoughtful pay decisions.

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compensation practices remain compliant and competitive.

Assist in managing and administering base salary structures and short- and long-term incentive programs for a diverse set of roles across the enterprise.

Evaluate and recommend modifications to incentive plans to drive performance and align with business objectives.

Ensure effective administration of compensation policies, practices, and processes.

Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and other industry-specific guidelines.

Support pay equity analyses and compliance with internal governance and external reporting standards.

Contribute to annual compensation review process, ensuring thoughtful outcomes and alignment with budgetary constraints.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in compensation consulting or corporate compensation, preferably within the asset management or financial services industry.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, MarketPay) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).

Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and incentive plan design.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with sales and incentive compensation a plus.

Knowledge of global compensation practices and considerations.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
