NC3 (Nuclear Command, Control and Communications) Analyst

Location : Bellevue, NE

Minimum Clearance Required : Top Secret / SCI eligible

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position necessitates an active U.S. Government Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.

As a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Analyst , you'll bring your analytical and operational expertise to work on projects for the NC3 Enterprise Center and US Strategic Command . You'll guide the work we do for the NC3 architecture and the solutions we deliver for our clients within the NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) and US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM).

Who You Are and What You Need :

• BA or BS degree required, MA or MS degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in NC3 architecture to include supporting various operational ground, airborne, and maritime assets
• Knowledge of test and evaluation procedures
• Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of various systems / processes and synthesizing results to produce reports for senior leaders
• Experience with NC2 / NC3 architecture for more than one nuclear asset preferred
• Strong background in strategic communications systems preferred
• Previous experience working with Combatant Commands or in a Joint-Forces capacity preferred
• Previous STRATCOM experience preferred
• Previous experience in B-52, E-6, E-4 aircrafts preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
