Job descriptionPurpose-Driven Work : Make a meaningful impact by helping individuals in the forensic system reintegrate into society. Specialized Focus : Develop unique skills in treating forensic populations and addressing criminogenic needs. Scheduling Autonomy : Set your own schedule and control your caseload. Admin Support : We handle billing, EHR, and technical support so you can focus on your clients. Dedicated Support : Access help through email, phone, or text. Clinical Support : Receive guidance from a dedicated Clinical Director and access forensic-specific training. Must be licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LCP Must be licensed in California Must be able to provide in-person services

About Us
Since 1998, DTR has partnered with local, state, and federal agencies to provide high-quality outpatient substance abuse and mental health counseling. Our primary focus is working with forensic populations, offering services to individuals transitioning from incarceration and helping them rebuild their lives.
We are expanding our network of licensed providers across Southern California. Our providers work as 1099 contractors, enjoy complete scheduling autonomy, and have no minimum caseload requirements.
Position Details
- Licensed Roles : LMFT, LCSW, LCP
- Compensation : $100 per hour (60-minute session)
- Payment Schedule : Bi-monthly via direct deposit
- No-Show / Late Cancellation Protection : Guaranteed payment for no-shows and late cancellations
