About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Investment Management Officer (CIMO) with a strong background in quantitative crypto trading, XLT strategies, and DeFi markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing trading frameworks that drive alpha through algorithmic design, risk optimization, and automation. This role requires a visionary leader who can blend Wall Street precision with Web3 speed, and who has a proven track record of managing large portfolios across crypto or institutional markets. The CIMO will be instrumental in scaling the company's digital asset business and must have a strategic vision, hands-on technical fluency, and a history of building and retaining high-performing teams of quants and data scientists.

Applicants for the CIMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership, with a mandatory requirement of having managed portfolios of over $20B. Mastery in algorithmic trading, XLT, on-chain data analysis, SMA, AI, and Web3 is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in a $100B-$200B portfolio and a strong understanding of wealth management territories, particularly in Canada, Dubai, and Australia. The role is remote-based in the USA, and the company is seeking a professional who is ready to lead the future of DeFi and XLT framework investment performance. The CIMO will play a key role in the company's growth strategy, with the goal of significantly increasing assets under management in the coming years.
