Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team in Yorkville, Illinois . Qualifications :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Illinois Medical License (or license pending)
  • Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a compassionate, patient-focused manner
  • Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care in Family Medicine
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations
  • Skilled in prioritizing patient care to support efficient patient flow

Position Highlights :

  • Physician-led Family Medicine group
  • Outpatient only, lifestyle-friendly schedule
  • 36 patient care hours per week
  • Rotating call schedule
  • Average 20-25 patients per day in office
  • Locations expanding due to growth (Naperville & Elmhurst area)
  • EMR : Epic
  • Market-competitive compensation with 2-year salary guarantee ($222,000-$356,000)

    • Final placement within range based on experience, certifications, subspecialties, volumes, and performance

    • What You Will Do :

  • Develop and maintain a clinical practice in Family Medicine
  • Provide minimum of 34 bookable hours per week , including 20 extended hours per month (morning / evening / weekend hours)
  • Participate in weekday and weekend call coverage
  • Engage in teaching opportunities with house staff and medical students
