The web strategy director drives Sedgwick's digital presence by transforming market-facing websites into strategic assets that enhance brand visibility and business performance. This role sets the vision for web operations, championing innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization to deliver seamless digital experiences and measurable outcomes. By aligning web initiatives with strategic objectives, the web strategy director elevates Sedgwick's market impact and establishes a standard of excellence across all digital touchpoints.

Essential responsibilities may include :

• Serving as a visionary leader within the marketing team, managing Sedgwick's portfolio of market-facing websites to cultivate a dynamic brand presence and drive performance.
• Leading transformative web initiatives that enhance brand impact and deliver optimized, data-driven experiences for diverse audiences, contributing to measurable business growth.
• Supporting growth and performance marketing, integrated campaigns, and digital product launches through disciplined project oversight and analytics-driven optimization.
• Guiding a lean, agile team to position Sedgwick's web portfolio as a center of excellence for both B2B and B2C engagement.
• Developing formal operating processes for streamlined web management, prioritization, and quality assurance.
• Establishing robust protocols and frameworks while promoting continuous process improvement.
• Facilitating seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Conducting regular analytics reviews and site performance assessments, reporting KPIs and optimization recommendations to senior marketing leadership.
• Managing incoming web-related requests, balancing urgency with strategic business value.
• Partnering with marketing, business, and IT stakeholders to align expectations and deliver optimal solutions.
• Driving accountability by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and proactively resolving delivery roadblocks.
• Maintaining documentation and project artifacts to ensure knowledge continuity and compliance with internal standards.
• Performing competitive benchmarking and best-in-class digital assessments to continuously modernize and enhance the organization's web strategy.
