A well-established AAHA-accredited hospital in Islamorada, FL , is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and collaborative team. Located between Key Largo and Marathon, this beautiful Florida Keys location offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive clinic and live in a world-class coastal community.

The hospital is fully equipped with digital full-body and dental radiology, ultrasound, surgical laser, and cold / therapy laser , allowing for advanced care and confident diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct physical exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures including anesthesia management
• Communicate clearly with clients about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care
• Mentor and support staff through the LevelUp clinical training program
• Manage a variety of cases, from routine wellness visits to complex surgeries
